We understand that when you buy your products, you need reassurance that you can change your mind, when you want to, and get your money back. Without the pressure of a 7, 14 or even 30 day time limit.
To help give you that peace of mind, we have a 365 day return policy so you can live without the pressure to return products quickly.
• You can return any items you purchased for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the unused condition that you received them in
• The cost of returning the goods is at your own cost. We recommend that you use a parcel delivery company that will insure you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Please note that we cannot accept hygiene or incontinence products back if the packets have been opened.
We cannot accept returns of specially ordered, bespoke or made to measure products.
You do not need to call us to let us know that you are returning something unless the item is incorrect, has a fault or falls outside of our guarantee period.

*Please check your package weight and dimensions before requesting. Weight is displayed on your original delivery note. Your original order reference or delivery postcode will be required to book.
You are welcome to arrange your own returns outside of these options. To return a health or incontinence product, please enclose the original delivery note stating the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund and send it to:

If you have lost your original delivery note don't worry! Just print out and complete our Return Form and send it with the item to the address shown on the form.
For instructions to return any other product, please contact us on 0845 689 6000. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your item is received and inspected by our service department, your refund will be automatically processed and issued. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
Booking a service with Collect+ a contract is formed between yourself the consumer and Collect+ the supplier and is independent of Choice Shops LTD. Choice Shops LTD will not be held liable for any delays, losses or failures of service.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product is damaged on delivery, or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as the warranty issue is noticed, by calling 0845 689 6000.
We regret that we cannot accept items for repair and that we do not stock spares for all products.
